Boba loves to get up and go. He wakes up ready to work, learn, and he loves to stay busy. If you’re looking for a dog who can problem solve or if you’re looking for a dog that’ll handle a high-level of training, Boba is your boy. He can learn anything. While playing a game hiding some treats, he not only found all of the treats we hid, BUT he continued until he found the jar! He pulled it down and celebrated his find. While he loves to learn, he’s not a nerd, he has his gooball tendencies, sometimes he gets so excited that he forgets to look where he’s going, tripping over his puppy feet.

Boba would do well in a home where he has a job. Because his brain is always working, he really needs a home who can engage his brain each day, this doesn’t need to be labor intensive, but more so should be put into the planning for having him in your life. He would do well as a service dog, but who would enjoy aternoon breaks for fetch. He would also excel as a 4H dog, rally, obedience, scent work, or even fast cat. He’s very biddable and will enjoy every minute of working with you. He wants to please.

Boba completed a board and train and is great in the crate, walks well on a lead, and has great recall. He knows the commands “sit,” “down,” and “wait.” He is a started, blank slate, ready to mold into your heart’s desire.
